Despite it being a holiday week, there were an astounding 26 luxury contracts signed and a very healthy amount of demand across the market. This could be influenced by Christmas on a Sunday, but also by the fact that most of the deals we are seeing have been heavily discounted - perhaps the beginning of sellers meeting buyers where they are.

Supply diminished another 3.5% and, for buyers out there in the market, edging towards and “undersupplied” feeling - Although there is a lot of inventory not outwardly on the market - with buyers who are looking feeling like there aren’t “great” options.
