After two weeks of positive numbers, market demand shifted downwards falling back in line with the previously sluggish autumn weeks. This week, we are including previous years’ numbers in the report(see charts below), to show the market shifts: most concerning is that contracts signed for this week were about 43 percent lower than 2021, showing just how great the difference in activity is now vs then.

Supply trended down slightly for the second straight week. We are seeing and hearing that more sellers want to hold off from listing in hopes of a stronger spring market.
