2022 has been challenging and full of wonderful surprises, now December brings us Hanukkah and Christmas---along with some much needed holiday cheer!

Thanksgiving is of course a slow week with multiple days off for most, and a significant amount of travel. This year was no exception. However, the days leading up to the holiday were extremely busy according to many brokers, and we expect next week to see a big jump in deals.
