Due to weaker economic data over the past week. While Mortgage rates continue the summer swoon, economic growth is clearly slowing due to rising manufacturing and trade headwinds. ith this year’s leasing activity already outpacing its 2018 numbers. Major tech firms like Facebook, Amazon, and Apple could continue to drive an upswing in the industry’s commercial leasing throughout Manhattan.
