The peak of fall is fast approaching, one of my favorite seasons. Beautiful colors, smells, and holidays galore. Go outside for a walk, enjoy the changing leaves and attend a fun event before it gets too cold out! It's also an exciting season for real estate. New developments, new homes for sale and rent hitting the market, and the lowest mortgage rates since 2016! We'll touch on this subject, some fun and functional home design tips, and also some local upcoming events in this month's newsletter. Here's everything you need to know and everywhere you need to go this month---Happy Fall!
All the best,
